On-line Overview
  • Broad measurement range: ppm to high %
  • Analysis of elements from Al to U
  • Analysis of solids, powders, liquids, or coating weight/thickness
  • Multiple calibrations for multiple concentration ranges
  • Automatic stabilization and standardization
  • Wide range of sample line and flow-cell materials to ensure compatibility with your processes
  • Minimal sample preparation means no reagents or complex handling equipment
  • Non-destructive measurement allows all the sample to be returned to the process.
  • Continuous measurement is an important part of a feedback loop, trending and statistical process control.
  • Different enclosure configurations available to suit the hazardous requirements at YOUR site. (Class I Div 1/2 Groups B & C & D, CENELEC/ATEX)
  • Dedicated rugged industrial design to withstand most harsh process conditions.
  • Stainless steel NEMA 4X (IP 65) enclosures, weather-proof suitable for outdoor installation.
  • Rugged robust modular design for low routine maintenance
  • Small, compact design is easy to install in virtually all existing and new plants
  • Interior climate-control available.
  • Minimal power requirements
SPECTRO can supply just the analyzer which you can easily interface into your own optimization and process control software. Alternatively we can provide a complete turn-key solution with sample conditioning and recovery systems. You present us with the analytical problem and we give you the solutions.
Solutions / Slurries
A common design has the measuring head placed next to a flow-through cell. A single head can be configured to move between multiple sample streams. The streams are flowing continuously.
Gravity Powder Sampler
A measuring head mated to a chamber filled with powder. The chamber is filled, packed by vivration, analyzed, emptied, and then refilled.
Reciprocating-Arm Powder Sampler
A measuring head placed over a moving arm that extends into a product chute to collect a sample.
Coatings / Conveyors
A measuring head is easily installed over a moving web, coil, or conveyor. The head can move across web to record a profile of the sample while it is moving.
