SPECTROBLUE leverages more than 30 years of benchmark service and experience in inductively coupled plasma optical emission (ICP-OES, ICP-AES also ICP plasma) spectroscopy. SPECTRO developed this compact, midrange ICP-OES solution to set a new benchmark in performance and price for routine laboratory analysis.

The SPECTROBLUE ICP-OES is available in three rugged, ultra-reliable versions. The SPECTROBLUE EOP provides axial, the SPECTROBLUE SOP radial and the SPECTROBLUE TI with twin interface both axial and radial viewing of the plasma.

Its advanced confocal optical system delivers excellent optical resolution and sensitivity. SPECTROBLUE also utilizes revolutionary UV-PLUS gas purification technology and a breakthrough OPI-AIR interface that avoids costly, complicated external water cooling. Visit the SPECTROBLUE Resource Center for more information about eliminating gas purging and external cooling.

The SPECTROBLUE brings the latest generation plasma power to midrange spectrometers. Its new laterally diffused metal oxide semiconductor (LDMOS) generator delivers up to 1700 W of proven power.

It provides faster warmup time compared to traditional tube-based generators and excellent matrix compatibility with great agility. Its innovative air-cooled system operates without external cooling, and unlike traditional generators, it includes no parts subject to wear — minimizing time and expense.

Along with these features, the SPECTROBLUE ICP-OES system comes equipped with SPECTRO’s proprietary SMART ANALYZER VISION software, making it easy to take full advantage of the instrument’s simplified operation and unique analytical capabilities.

Additional optical emission spectroscopy instruments in SPECTRO’S comprehensive ICP-OES product line include SPECTRO GENESIS and SPECTRO ARCOS
